Hello, my name is Angela Czajkowski! I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over seven years of experience successfully coaching thousands of clients to manage chronic conditions such as Arthritis, Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety. I collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and dietitians to achieve measurable outcomes. My approach is rooted in empathy, resilience, and evidence-based practices. With additional skills in training, instructing, teaching, and facilitation, I am able to foster a supportive community that empowers clients to take ownership of their health, follow their care plans, and achieve lasting results.
